Wellness Retreat 2025

In this workshop, we would combine light yoga or meditation with guided journaling prompts, allowing participants to reflect on their wellness journey, set intentions, and practice mindfulness. This holistic approach integrates mind, body, and soul.

Burnout Body Sculpt class w/ Chair is a full-body toning class that uses a chair to support, challenge, and enhance your movements. This workout focuses on sculpting muscles, improving balance, and building core strength through a mix of controlled exercises and high-rep sequences. Expect to feel the burn as you target your arms, legs, glutes, and abs—all while using just your body weight and the chair. It’s low-impact, but highly effective for building strength and improving posture.
