Maureen Fletcher Bankson brings over 30 years of expertise to the Spa and Wellness industry, with extensive
finance, management, retail, spa operations, business development, and wellness programming involvement.
Maureen has consulted and worked with many prestigious properties, focusing mainly on turnkey development
and creating unique guest experiences, branded touchpoints, and wellness programming for each location. Her
vast experience in designing, developing, and operating a diverse portfolio of properties has garnered her a
renowned reputation in the hospitality industry. From project conception and planning to implementation and
management of a brand, Maureen ensures positive outcomes for her clients in a competitive industry. She has
a passion for growing teams and is very focused on mentoring and educating those who work with her.
Since 2018, Maureen has played a pivotal role in the conception, development, and continuous management of
Kao Kamasa Spa, which is nestled within the Kimpton Grand Roatán Resort and Spa in Roatán, Honduras.
She is the EVP of Spa and Wellness for LIVunLtd, a subsidiary of the Amenity Collective,
Co-chief Collaborator for Being Well Collective, an Advisory Board Member of One Well World,
and GWD Ambassador, Honduras.
For 12 years, Maureen served as a Corporate Director for Glen Ivy Hot Springs, Corona, CA.,
and a past member of the International Spa Association (ISPA) and the Medical Spa Association
(MSS).
Maureen makes her home in Boston, MA., and Paradise Valley, Arizona.
